Campground Rules & Regulations

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we ask that everyone review and follow the campground rules below.

Failure to comply with campground policies may result in removal from the property without refund.

General Campground Policies

  • Only one vehicle per site unless otherwise approved.
  • Additional visitor or vehicle fees may apply.
  • Golf carts are not allowed on campground property.
  • All posted signs and staff instructions must be followed.
  • Guests are responsible for their children and visitors at all times.
  • Please respect fellow campers, campground property, and the natural environment.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced daily to ensure a peaceful camping experience for all guests.

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (or as posted at check-in).
  • During quiet hours, loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
  • Voices and activities should be kept at a respectful level.

Guests who fail to observe quiet hours may be asked to leave without refund.

Pool Rules

For the safety of all guests, pool rules must be followed at all times:

  • Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty unless otherwise posted).
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • No running, diving, or rough play.
  • No glass containers in the pool area.
  • Proper swim attire required.
  • Follow all posted pool signage.

Management reserves the right to close the pool at any time due to weather, maintenance, or safety concerns.

Cabin Policies

  • NO SMOKING inside any cabin.
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be followed (see individual cabin listing).
  • Add a tent to your cabin site for $10 per night (additional visitor or vehicle fees may apply).
  • Guests are responsible for leaving cabins in clean condition.
  • Damage to cabins or property may result in additional charges.

  • No bathroom inside the cabin
  • No full kitchen inside the cabin
  • Bring your own sheets and towels (no linen/towels provided)

Pet Policy

We welcome pets in select accommodations.

Pet-Friendly Cabins (A, B & C) Pines and Rustic Cabins

  • Maximum of 2 pets per cabin
  • Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations
  • Pets must be kept under control at all times
  • Owners must clean up after their pets


Failure to follow pet policies may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property.

Fire & Grill Safety

  • Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings.
  • Do not leave fires unattended.
  • Use grills safely and responsibly.
  • Fully extinguish fires before leaving your site or retiring for the night.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary by site type and season.

  • Cancellations must be made in advance according to the reservation terms provided at booking.
  • Refund eligibility and cancellation deadlines will be outlined at the time of reservation.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures, rule violations, or weather-related circumstances.

Guests are encouraged to review their confirmation details carefully.

Right to Refuse Service

Woodstream Campsite reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates campground rules, engages in unsafe behavior, or disrupts the experience of others.
